How We Score Reliability
Twelve checks build each score, and none of them begin until a payout has cleared.
A Withdrawal Comes First
Verification is the stage where sweeps accounts stall, so we treat it as the first real test. We submit a licence photo, record how long clearance takes, and note whether a second document is demanded.
Only after a withdrawal has landed do we score anything else. A site that cannot pay does not get a low score, it gets left off the list entirely.
The Twelve Checks
Verification time, whether extra documents were required, support channel and response time, whether support answered a difficult question straight, payout time by method, fees, withdrawal minimum, playthrough terms, redeemable coin total, lobby quality, mobile behaviour and operator transparency.
The first four carry the most weight, because everything else is irrelevant if you cannot get your own money out.
What We Refuse To Score On
We do not score on brand recognition, advertising volume or how polished a homepage looks. Two heavily marketed names are missing from this list because we could not confirm who operates them.
No Operator Sees This Early
Scores are never shared with operators in advance and cannot be influenced by them. Criticism stays in the published version.
How Often We Re-Test
We re-run the full verification and withdrawal test on every site at least twice a year, and check support response times quarterly.
