Which States Can Play
Most of the country is eligible. Four states are not, and every site here enforces it.
Four States Excluded
Washington, Nevada and Idaho have excluded sweeps play for years, and California was added in January 2026. Every one of the eighteen sites blocks all four.
Why These Four
Washington has the strictest online gaming statutes in the country, Nevada protects its licensed casino industry, and Idaho rules the model out entirely. California is the recent addition, and operators complied rather than test it in court.
Age Requirements
Most sites set 18 as the minimum, some require 21, and in certain states 21 applies regardless. It is in the terms, usually near the top.
Lists Get Amended Quietly
Eligible-state lists live inside site terms and change without announcement. We re-check all eighteen monthly, but the operator terms are the authority.
Location, Not Billing Address
Eligibility is decided by where you physically are, not where your card is registered. Enter an excluded state and the account locks until you leave.
